According to Mario's official myspace, the music video for Break-Up will premire THIS Thursday on WorldStarHipHop.com. Never in life did I ever expect this to happen in my early twenties. I figured I'd be old and gray with three kids and in a stable career, watching my kids grow old. But when it's your time, it is your time.

There are no words that can express the way that everyone who's ever heard a Michael Jackson record feels. All over the world and all through the music industry people have been literally shaken and shocked by such a tremendous loss that the world knew as Michael Joseph Jackson. In memory of this legendary ICON of music, M-D Correspondent Kerry leaves you with Mario's tribute to Michael singing "Human Nature". Let us all remember that tomorow is not promised and neither is today. Well, well, well. Seems like Bow Wow had to get him a taste of the hotest song blazing the airwaves right now, that being "Break-Up" by Mario, Sean Garrett & Gucci. Now you all know I'm a HARSH critique when it comes to the music, but I gotta give Bow his props. He held his own on his verse, although nothing to write home about. At most it's a 2.5... near three ish. Drake, not to be bias coulda murdered it and killed it dead. Shouts out to our follower luvmario85 for alerting me to the video. We've been a little slow on updates mainly because of respect for MJ. His memorial service was today and brodcasted in over 68 countries. I believe that was a pretty solid show indeed. But, back to business...

You all should be extremly proud of yourself because by calling your local radio stations and getting busy buzzing online and via text, "Break-Up"'s current numbers are phenomenal, and are steady climbing. "Break-Up" has only been on the Billboard charts for TWO and a half months, and on 106 &Park for only a week, and on both are #5 and #1 respectively. Mario & Sean will be on 106 and Park this week to preform the smash summer hit! M-D Correspondant Kerry spotted a new track from our boy that's leaked entitled, "Boom In It" ft. Brandy. Brandy only has a short part, but she's in there never the less. Mario issues his trademark smooth vocals on this track, the harmonies are sick as usual. I know I may sound a little redundant on this review, but that's because I'm anxious about "Break-Up"'s new video dropping next week.

Welcome to the new Mario-Daily layout entitled, "Human Nature (RIP MJ)". This layout marks our 4th month in existance and this layout also pays homage to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. The song playing in the background now is "Human Nature" from his 1982 album, "Thriller" which is the top selling album of all time. This song is one of Mario's favorites of Michael as well as mine. Michael Jackson was the most influential pop musician of his generation. He changed the face of soul music and R&B. And as any singer who came after him will attest, he was the king.

We spoke with multi-platinum R&B singer Mario today about the Michael's influence on his music. Like many of today's artists, Mario's music is clearly inspired by the pop legend. His 2004 single, 'Let Me Love You' has been described by reviewers as "reminiscent of Michael Jackson's vintage romantic ballads."

"R.I.P. to the King of Pop and one of my biggest inspirations," Mario said, expressing his respect. "I will forever be inspired by Micheal's music and more then that, his passion for the art."

Mario's fourth album, 'And Then There Was Me' is scheduled for release later this year

There is indeed power in the numbers Mario fans & supporters! If you watched yesterday's U-Stream cast, Sean Garrett and Mario alike were both pleased with this weeks numbers that solidified "Break-Up" as the #1 Most added record on radio this week. Last week, Robot Films was in Baltimore shooting Mario’s new video “Break Up” featuring Gucci Mane and Sean Garrett. Most of the video was filmed in an amazing new complex, which boasted top of the line architecture, was on the harbor, and had a beautiful view of the city of Baltimore. Here is a sneak preview of some of the scenes from the video. Stay tuned because this one will definitely have some surprises in it when the finished version is released.

Recently, Mario was featured with his mom in Ebony for the "Mother's Day" addition in the magazine. It took me a while to get my scanner back up, and here is a HQ version of the cover and the photo of Mario & his mom. Doesn't his mom look stunning?  Also, a quick reminder that Mario's going to be shooting the video for "Breakup" this week with Sean Garrett & Gucci Man. Well, ladies & gentlemen and Mario supporters alike, Mario's official website Mario2U recently made a post in regards to his mixtape "What The Games Been Missing" that dropped back in April and at the end of the post it stated that Mario's fourth album "And Then There Was Me" will now be dropping in September. Here's hoping that we as supporters and fans don't get the label run around or "recession-budget" style music videos. We can only hope.

As you all may know there is a song floating around the internet called "Spectacular". That song was originally called, "Get Out" and it was leaked a while back without Ludachris's rap on it. That's the only variation between the songs, other than the change of titles. This is suposed to be included on his fourth album, but only time will tell.

For those of you that live in Atlanta, Georgia... the BK Fam Fest is coming to your town TOMOROW! They have reloacated the venue, so be sure and check out the information below so that you don't show up at the wrong place tomorow. Be sure and go to http://www.bkfamfest.com/ and get your general registration form so that you'll be able to attend. Hey Mario supporters! I'm back and feeling refreshed after a vacay in my hometown of Chicago, now on with the updates!

Over the past few days Mario uploaded several new photos on Twitter and it looks like he was having an awesome time. Check out the shoe game, his "swagger shot" and him in NO for the BK Fam Fest. (That car he`s leaned against looks rather nice by the way... lol) Click the photos to see them in full.

"Singersroom: How did you end up with the title “And Then There Was Me”?

Mario: That’s the name of my movement. That’s the name of me. There’s been a huge change in me personally and more than anything that’s what the title means to me."

ABOUT HIS NEW DO

"Singersroom: This is a fan question... what made you shave your head bald?

Mario: It really allows me to feel good. I really love the bald feel of it.

Not to sound cocky but, I feel like I can do anything and I’m comfortable with it. My motivation behind it was really me getting tired of getting cuts. I got this product I just put on my hair; put on my face where I don’t want the hair and just wipe it off – and it’s gone. No razors, no nothing."

Okay first things first. For those of you all who plan on attending the BK Fun Fest, please make sure that you all register prior to attending and bring your registration form with you. There is a resgistration form required for general attendance and if you also plan on playing pick up basket ball which can be found here.

 Now, onto this "Album Preview"...

Well, it seems as if Mario's team has posted up "new-ish" songs of his on the BK Fam Fest Website to help promo his new album. I'm suprised that "Breakup" isn't on there, but I'm starting to think that "Breakup" is a buzz single. Anyways, the three tracks to preview are called, "Starlight", "Soundrack" (aka Broken Heart), and "Ooh" (aka Ooh Baby). Click the photo above to access Mario's page.

Since "Breakup"`s debut on the billboard charts almost three weeks ago, here are the current stats:

•  First debut was at U.S. Billboard Bubblling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles at number 111
• The following week the song peaked at 110
• The third week, it entered on U.S. Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, peaking at 86
• On Itunes the song made his debut at US Itunes RnB at number 57.
• On the following week the song peaked 12 at US Itunes 
• It made its debut at US Itunes as number 144
• In the same day also peaked, at number 129

Now, I know you all see those numbers, so let's start calling in and requesting the song. We made songs like "Just A Friend" and "How Do I Breathe" and "Let Me Love You" reach the top spots. Lets do that again with "Breakup"!

Yet another track has leaked from Mario, and this one is called, "More Than Friends". Will it ever end? I really hope this new album packs a punch because at this rate, I'd advise Mario to make a home recording studio and just walk the tracks that are pending for his album over to the label. I`ve added 12 new photos that Puma shot of Mario on his journey durring the Gumball 3000 Rally, so check them out by clicking the photo below.

To promote the release of Mario`s new single, "Breakup", I've added it to the background. I think it's a good fit with the overall layout. Now onto news...

 In case you've been under a rock for the last week, Mario was busy in the 10th Anniversary Gumball 3000, the 3,000 mile eight-day motorsport rally. His team in a sleek Puma Maserati  #10 finished in first, so congrats to Mario and the team on a job well done and a safe travel over the course of the event! Here is a video of him chatting it up with Puma as well. The part where he has to switch shirts is funny! lol

Alright, so the glitch on Webs, hasn't worked itself out and so I made a new account for Mario-Daily's gallery on Photobucket. So, all updates concerning the gallery will now be directed towards Mario-Daily's official photobucket account!

Mario also attended Mike Tyson's Documentary screening prior to taking the stage at BBKing on Monday, I`ve uploaded two photos of him at the event here.

R&B singer Mario Dewar Barrett, better known as Mario, is featured in next month's issue of Men's Fitness.  The 22-year-old singer has been mostly known for being on the thin side, but, he says he was inspired by his recent stint on Dancing with the Stars to build up muscle.

Super Mario shares his abtastic workout routine on the magazine's "How I Got Ripped" page. (Scanned into a PDF here.) 10 halfway crunches, 10 full crunches, 10 full situps. "That's one set," he says. "I do ten sets and there are no rest periods."

"There's definitely pressure for me to be a sex symbol. I like to wake up in the morning and feel good about what I see in the mirror. It's a natural high that keeps me going."

Produced by Bangladesh, "Break Up" finds Mario sticking to a hard R&B/Hip Hop beat.
